Our Story

A proper local, right on the water's edge


Biffy's Bar & Restaurant sits right on Milford Haven Marina — inside what was once the old Cosalt Ship Chandler's building, dating back to 1907. You can still see the date at the top of the building today.

We're Dayne and Victoria — and yes, the two golden retrievers in the photo are very much part of the team. We took over in late 2025 and put our own stamp on the place. Everything is cooked fresh, the Welsh craft beers are cold, and the waterway views are something else.
